Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via The courier guy with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return of purchase
Return of items that was purchased that is damaged will be replaced by us with no additional charge when the damaged item has been received by our store. Return packages are generally pick up within 2 - 4 days after return has been logged via The courier guy.
Other items that is returned for other reasons than mentioned above; for example incorrect size, fit is not covered under the return of purchase damages policy. The shipping fees including handling will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Return of purchase will only be allowed when:
- it is returned within less than 30 days of purchase
- and the price tag is still attached to the item
- and proof of purchase can be provided
