3. Products and Availability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual colours may vary slightly from images displayed online due to differences in screens, lighting, photography, materials, dye lots, printing processes, and manufacturing batches.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product specifications without prior notice.

4. Personalized and Custom Products

Certain products may be personalized or manufactured according to information supplied by the customer.

Examples include:

  • Personalized school labels
  • Clothing with names, numbers, or other personalization
  • Custom-printed products
  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information supplied for personalization is correct before submitting an order.

Once a personalized or custom order has been processed or manufactured, it generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind or incorrect information supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.

5. Orders

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion, including where:

If we are unable to fulfil an order that has already been paid for, we will communicate with the customer regarding the appropriate resolution.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be successfully received before an order will be processed, unless otherwise agreed by Wear2School.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an order has been placed using an incorrect price, we may contact the customer before fulfilling the order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders require a minimum of 2 business days for handling, preparation, and packaging before being handed over to the courier.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

Courier delivery times may vary due to location, public holidays, peak periods, weather, operational issues, or other circumstances.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.

8. Returns and Replacements

Our Return & Replacement Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, except where the item is defective or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied by us, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy and applicable South African law.

For non-defective returns where a return is permitted, the cost of returning the product will generally be for the customer's account.
